Perinatal care is broken down into prenatal (before birth) and postpartum (after birth) periods. This type of therapy addresses the unique musculoskeletal, pelvic, and core changes that occur during pregnancy and recovery. Here you’ll promote physical well-being, reduce pain, enhance function, and support a healthy delivery and recovery process - learning what questions to ask, what information is important, and how to return to the activities you love with your new family.

Menopause is a natural stage in life that every woman will experience, but it can come with its challenges. From the gradual hormonal shifts of perimenopause to the final phase of menopause itself, these transitions can affect everything from your energy levels and sleep to your emotional well-being.
Perimenopause, often beginning in your late 30s or early 40s, marks the years leading up to menopause, where your body’s hormone levels begin to fluctuate. This can lead to symptoms like hot flashes, irregular periods, and mood swings. Menopause, which is officially diagnosed when you've gone 12 consecutive months without a period, typically occurs around age 50. It marks the end of your reproductive years, but the changes don’t stop there.
